If you are undecided about the details of the product you will buy or if you want to get support from an expert, our interior designer is waiting for you at the end of the phone. With our Whatsapp Support Line, you can ask all the questions you have in mind and place your order via Whatsapp. You can complete your payment via the online payment link sent by our team.

How can I pay for my order?

All orders are processed once the payment has been received. You can pay for your orders online via our payment gateway or you can send a direct bank transfer. We don't offer cash on delivery because it is not suitable for the secure payment system.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery. We have won the Best Export Brand trophy consecutively for eight years. 

How long do you take to deliver? 

Orders placed for accessories on the website are delivered within 4-6 weeks depending upon your location. Furniture is made-to-order and is usually processed within 3 months. 

How will my goods be delivered?

Depending on the packaging dimensions of the products, they are delivered via cargo or transport. The delivery method is decided by our dispatch team.

Product Care and Use

How to care for and use fabric products? 

The fabrics used in our upholstered furniture may have different contents according to their category.

To prevent the cushions, back cushions and pillows from creeping, fluff them by hand. Avoid contact with chemical and cosmetic materials. Do not sit on the armrests and backs of our upholstered furniture; It may cause deformation of the fabric and pillows.

We recommend dry cleaning for cleaning our upholstered products.The thread coming out of any part of the fabrics should never be pulled and torn. Cleaning of fabric covered lighting caps should be done with a dry soft cloth. Do not dry the wet fabric surface with devices such as iron, hair dryer. Do not expose directly to the sun. After thoroughly removing the water of the wet part with a dry cloth, dry it by leaving it at room temperature.

How should marble products be maintained and used?

Protect your marble surfaces from direct contact with acidic foods and beverages (lemon, vinegar, ketchup, alcoholic beverages, etc.).We recommend dry cleaning for cleaning our upholstered products. Do not use abrasive and chemical materials such as alcohol and bleach in the cleaning of marble tables and coffee tables. Do not cut food directly on the surfaces with a knife. Since marble tables are quite heavy and delicate, they should be carried by at least 2 people while being transported, and special care should be taken to pack them in order not to cause breakage afterwards.

How should the maintenance and use of wooden products be done?

In case of contact with all kinds of food and beverages, clean the surface with a damp cloth as soon as possible and dry it with a dry cloth.

In case of intense liquid contact, remove the water with a dry cloth and let it dry at room temperature. Do not expose to the sun. Do not dry your furniture with devices such as hair dryer, iron, electric heater, etc.

Do not use any chemicals (acetone, alcohol, detergent, etc.) for cleaning wooden surfaces. Do not process with sharp and scraper tools
